This page contains documents related to EPA's approval of Central Washington Concrete’s request for coverage under the general air quality permit for new or modified minor source stone quarrying, crushing and screening facilities in Indian Country (SQCS General Permit) for a portable plant at 2131 Lateral 1 Road (Wapato Quarry), Wapato, Washington on the Yakama Nation Lands.

The EPA approved Central Washington Concrete’s initial request for coverage on June 3, 2019. The EPA administratively amended the approval on February 23, 2021. The amended approval became effective upon issuance.
