Full Final Approval: Direct final rule published on February 22, 1999, in the Federal Register at 64 FR 8523. Effective date April 23, 1999, unless comments received by March 24, 1999. Wyoming received approval of its 112(1) mechanism for delegation of non-part 70 sources concurrent with this approval.

February 22, 1999

Proposed Full Approval & Approval of Expansion of State Program under Section 112(l): Published on February 22, 1999, in the Federal Register at 64 FR 8533.  Comments required by March 24, 1999.

February 21, 1995

Final Interim Approval: Published on January 19, 1995, in the Federal Register at 60 FR 3766. Wyoming received approval of its 112(1) mechanism for delegation of part 70 sources concurrent with this approval.

November 21, 1994

Withdrawal of Direct Final Interim Approval: Published on November 25, 1994, in the Federal Register at 59 FR 60561 .  Received adverse comments and delayed effective date of the rule.  There was not a second comment period.

September 23, 1994

Final Interim Approval: Direct final rule published on September 23, 1994, in the Federal Register at 60 FR 48802. Effective date November 22, 1994, unless comments received by October 24, 1994.

September 23, 1994

Proposed Interim Approval: Published on September 23, 1994, in the Federal Register at 59 FR 48845. Comment required by October 24, 1994.
