This page contains documents related to EPA's issuance of a Title V air quality operating permit to Yakama Forest Products for its lumber mill located in White Swan, Washington on the Yakama Reservation. The first renewal permit was issued and made effective on September 21, 2020. An administrative amendment was issued and made effective on August 15, 2022. The second renewal permit was issued and made effective on September 16, 2025. The permit will expire on September 16, 2030 unless the permittee submits a timely and complete renewal application at least 6 months, but no more than 18 months, prior to the permit's expiration date.
