8. What if I produce other types of products?

Only those pesticides, active ingredients used to produce a pesticide, or devices regulated under FIFRA must be reported; other types of products which you produce should not be reported. For example, if you produce a "weed and feed" product (an herbicide/fertilizer mixture) that is registered as a pesticide and a fertilizer-only product, then the herbicide/fertilizer registered product must be reported, and the fertilizer product should not be reported.
