Guidance: Procurement Under Preauthorized Mixed Funding
Interim guidance assists the Regions in clarifying procurement procedures that claimants: (1) would be required to implement under the forthcoming Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA, commonly referred to as Superfund) response claims Procedures; and (2) may use in order to assure that the costs for which their claims are made against the Hazardous Substance Superfund (the Fund) will be reimbursed by EPA.
