Are multiple shipments from the same tank multiple batches?

If a volume of gasoline is placed in a tank, certified (if not previously certified), and is not changed in some way it is considered to be the same batch of gasoline even if several shipments are made from that tank. The volume of the batch for RFG accounting and reporting purposes is the sum of all shipments. (7/1/94)
