RCO Updates

To establish e-signature capabilities for an existing RCO, the RCO must log into the OTAQREG program service and submit an RCO Update Request. For help with this process, see the following job aid:
  • How to Enable RCO E-Signature Capabilities in OTAQREG (pdf) (June 2018, EPA-420-B-18-033)

When the Responsible Corporate Officer (RCO) of a company changes, the new RCO must create a CDX account. Once the account is created, the RCO Update Request can be submitted through OTAQREG. For instructions on how to submit an RCO Update Request, see the following job aid:

  • How to Update the Responsible Corporate Officer (RCO) in OTAQREG (pdf) (June 2018, EPA-420-B-18-034)
