Release Notes for OTAQReg v5.0

Introduction

Version 5.0 of the OTAQ Registration System (OTAQREG) introduces new functionality related to the Attest Audit Process. Regulated parties can associate with Attest Auditors, Attest Auditors can submit Attest Audit reports, and regulated parties can search for and review audit reports in OTAQREG.

Functionality for Industry Users

Attest Auditor Association

OTAREG v5.0 enables regulated parties to directly manage attest auditor associations for their companies. Regulated parties can select to associate with a Certified Internal Auditor or a registered Independent Auditor and must specify a start date for the association. Regulated parties can also edit Attest Auditor associations.  

Auditors can accept or reject association requests from regulated parties. 

Attest Audit Report Submission

In OTAREG v5.0, auditors can submit their ATT0100 form and Attest Audit reports.

Audit Report Review and Search

In OTAREG v5.0, regulated parties can search for, review, and download Attest Audit reports.
