Michigan Title V Program Evaluation
During Federal Fiscal Year 2025, as part of its ongoing oversight of state and local New Source Review and Title V permit programs, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency conducted an evaluation of the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy’s Title V Renewable Operating Permit program. This final report summarizes the EPA’s findings and conclusions regarding EGLE’s compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements for Title V permitting programs
