Delegations of New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) in Oregon

The below tables list the part 60 NSPS, part 61 NESHAP and part 63 NESHAP delegated from EPA Region 10 to Lane Regional Air Protection Agency (LRAPA) and Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ). LRAPA is the delegated authority in Lane County. ODEQ is the delegated authority in the rest of the state.

The effective date of delegation to LRAPA and ODEQ is July 1, 2020.
