Subsection (h) of the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act authorizes EPA to promulgate rules for the purposes of maximizing reclamation and minimizing releases of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and their substitutes from equipment. Managing HFCs includes activities related to servicing, repair, installation, and disposal of equipment containing HFCs and their substitutes.
