Project Description
The Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility project will be a multi-loan WIFIA master credit agreement that covers a variety of projects. The first loan will finance the construction of new a desalination facility, and additional loans will fund additional efforts, such as identification and development of new water sources, replacement of aging pipelines, and development of a more robust water treatment system. By completing these projects, the City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii will support its ability to continue to provide safe, dependable, and affordable water to its community.
