About NETS 2025

Hosted by EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance's National Enforcement Investigations Center (NEIC), NETS is a gathering of professionals from EPA, other government agencies and academia, meeting both in person in Colorado and/or virtually, to share information on advancements and accomplishments in environmental science, enforcement, law and technology.

Summary

Registration is now open for the 2025 Summit. Our primary objectives are to facilitate cooperation, innovation, and further development in the fields of environmental monitoring, analysis and hazard assessment.  We are building on the success of the 2024 Summit and hope to make this one even better!

Date/Location

May 20 - 22, 2025 at the Denver Federal Center, Buildings 25 and 41
Denver, Colorado

Focus & Format

For NETS 2025, the committee is seeking presentations and posters related to:

  • Enforcement in Action/Case Studies
  • Monitoring Technologies
  • Intersection of EPA Regulations and Scientific Advancements (CAA, CWA, SDWA, RCRA, etc)
  • Enforcement and Compliance Work in EPA Regional Offices
  • Other Related Scientific Research

Based on attendee feedback, we will be standardizing all presentation times to 30 minutes. If there are topics that cannot be covered within that timeframe, they may be delivered in 2 sessions; we will also display posters for several days during the summit. Submissions should be suitable for both EPA and non-EPA audiences.

As we get closer to the event dates, please visit this page for scheduling and content updates.
