Summary

EPA is proposing to issue an initial air quality permit to operate for Neucor, Incorporated, located on the Yakama Reservation. As required in 40 CFR 71.11(a)(5) and 71.8, all draft operating permits must be publicly noticed and made available for public comment. 

The public is invited to submit written comments on this proposed permit. Application documents are available for review below.
