  The construction monitoring report (CMR) template is generally used by borrowers after their loan closes to inform the WIFIA program on the progress of the project(s) funded by the loan. Borrowers submit the CMRs on a regular basis, typically quarterly, as established in the loan agreement.
  
  Note: The template is for review only, the WIFIA team will provide a CMR template catered towards each borrower during the loan process.
