Importing or Exporting Chemical Substances under TSCA

  • Electronic Filing of TSCA Import Certification

    The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published a final rule on December 27, 2016, which establishes the option of filing TSCA import certification statements electronically through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).
