Am I eligible for support through the EPA EFC grant program?
- The following entities are eligible for EFC support:
- Local governments/communities
- Drinking water utilities/systems
- Wastewater utilities/systems
- Stormwater utilities/systems
- States, Tribes, territories
- Non-governmental organizations
- Water EFC services are available to any Clean Water State Revolving Fund or Drinking Water State Revolving Fund eligible recipients.
How can my community request technical assistance?
- EPA's RealWaterTA aims to assist communities with applications for federal funding, quality water infrastructure, and reliable water services in partnership with drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities and local government. Communities can directly contact EFCs for support by accessing the EFC websites. Communities will be accepted on a rolling basis. There is no deadline to apply.
