West Coast Collaborative (WCC) is organized and led by EPA's Regions 9 and 10. Region 9 covers the area encompassing the states of Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Nevada, the Tribes therein, as well as the US Pacific territories. Region 10 covers the area encompassing the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, as well as the Tribes therein.

Alternative Fuels

Efforts to reduce diesel emissions often employ the use of Alternative Fuels and require implementation of novel Infrastructure. To discuss with your regional expert on these fuels or discuss novel initiatives in alternative fuel infrastructure, please contact Region 9's Victoria Robbins, or Region 10's Danielle Shannon.
