EPA is hosting a public information session to provide the public with information for EPA's proposed action relating to the draft synthetic minor New Source Review permit for the Navajo Transitional Energy Company LLC (NTEC) Energy Generation Plant in Farmington, New Mexico.
EPA staff will be available to answer questions at this time. We will not be accepting comments on the draft permit at this informational session. Comments may be submitted verbally or in writing at either public hearing.
