Title V Air Quality Operating Permit for PotlatchDeltic Land and Lumber St. Maries Complex on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation
EPA has issued a Clean Air Act Title V air quality operating permit to PotlatchDeltic Land and Lumber, LLC, for its wood products facility in St. Maries, Idaho on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation.
The initial permit was issued September 29, 2025. The permit will expire on October 29, 2030, unless the permittee submits a timely and complete renewal application at least 6 months, but no more than 18 months, prior to the permit's expiration date.
