Technology Transitions Notice of Information Availability

This Notice of Information Availability is to alert stakeholders that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has published frequently asked questions related to the regulations implementing the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act. The Agency has published and continues to update these frequently asked questions in the Frequent Questions on the Phasedown of Hydrofluorocarbons web area and in the existing rulemaking docket.

Technology Transitions Notices of Data Availability Relevant to Petition Submissions Under the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act of 2020

This Notice of Data Availability (NODA) was issued to alert stakeholders about petitions submitted to EPA under subsection (i) of the AIM Act of 2020 and to provide notice of a new docket where these petitions were made publicly available. EPA offered interested parties the opportunity to submit relevant information related to the petitions in the docket.
