Subpart X Hazardous Waste Permits for Treatment of Explosive Wastes

EPA compiled this list of hazardous waste permits for open burning and open detonation (OB/OD) and alternative treatment technologies to OB/OD regulated under Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations part 264, subpart X. The permits posted here may be expired, or there may be a more recent version of a valid permit due to modifications. This list may not be complete, and other OB/OD or alternative technology units may be permitted for treatment of waste explosives. EPA is working to update this list, however, interested persons may contact the issuing state agency in the interim.
