Description: The NPDES Stormwater Program is seeking to identify and/or develop a model trash ordinance, or ordinances, that can be tailored to local conditions and address trash impacts on stormwater system and downstream waterbodies. This will be disseminated as a resource for municipalities through teleconferences and other forms of outreach.
