Good Neighbor Plan

March 15, 2023 – EPA has finalized the Good Neighbor Plan for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).

Reducing power plant emissions to protect human health and the environment.

Our programs address air pollution by reducing power sector emissions and providing comprehensive information about the electric power sector. We also track and report air quality, health, and environmental conditions.
