Part 75 Testing Notifications and Reports

The tables below provide information on where to email testing notifications and testing reports to the Clean Air and Power Division's (CAPD) of EPA and some EPA regions, states, and local air pollution agencies. More information about notification requirements, deadlines, and submission requirements established by 40 CFR Part 75 can be found on the Summary of Part 75 Administrative Processes webpage.

EPA has waived the part 75 requirements to notify CAPD of semiannual and annual RATA testing. Part 75 requires the reporting of certain quality assurance test results via ECMPS, but CAPD does not require submittal of routine quality assurance testing reports (e.g., RATA reports).
