When will Red Hill Shaft be reactivated?

As with all regulated public water systems in Hawaiʻi, the Hawaiʻi Department of Health (DOH) has oversight of the reactivation process as the drinking water primacy agency for the state of Hawaiʻi. EPA defers to DOH regarding its process for approving Red Hill Shaft as a source of drinking water and if that includes any opportunities for community involvement.
