Southeast New England Program Network

About the Network

Logo of the SNEP Network

The Southeast New England Program (SNEP) Network, created in 2019, consists of 16 different partner organizations with expertise in stormwater and watershed planning, management, and financing, with a focus on leadership development and climate resiliency. The Network's mission is to empower communities within the region to achieve healthy watersheds, sustainable financing, and long-term climate resilience through management of stormwater and restoration projects.

What We Do

The Network offers a full complement of free training and leadership development, technical assistance, and financial services to advance the practice of stormwater and watershed management, and strengthen the capacity of municipalities, organizations, and tribes within the SNEP region.

Our Projects

The Network has provided technical assistance to over 30 community projects with focuses on stormwater management, watershed management, ecological restoration, climate resilience, and sustainable financing.
