Detailed Project Information
Description: To support local enforcement of Georgia's Comprehensive Litter Prevention and Abatement Act, KGBF offers grants for local affiliate communities to fund workshops for law enforcement officers, code enforcement officers, and other interested parties. Scott Carroll with 423 Law Enforcement leads the training, which is designed to provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of how to work with the court system and other officials to eradicate littering and illegal dumping in their communities. Tools provided include a Georgia Litter Law Explainer and Secure Your Load educational materials. Continuing Education Credits are available for participants.
