Project Description

The Bee Ridge Water Reclamation Facility Expansion and Advanced Wastewater Treatment project will expand and upgrade the existing water reclamation facility to an advanced wastewater treatment facility to meet increasing service area demands. The purpose of this project is to meet service area demands, provide increased flexibility for water reuse options including aquifer recharge, provide a sustainable reclaimed water supply for irrigation reducing potable water demands, implement innovative wastewater treatment processes ensuring compliance with current and future regulatory requirements, and encourage beneficial reuse of resources.
