Public Notice: EPA Region 10 proposes air permit for Yakama Forest Products in White Swan, Washington on the Yakama Reservation

EPA Region 10 is proposing to renew an air quality permit to operate for Yakama Forest Products located on the Yakama Reservation. As required in 40 CFR 71.11(a)(5) and 71.8, all draft operating permits must be publicly noticed and made available for public comment. EPA invites the public to submit written comments on this proposed permit through the process described in attached notice below.

There is a 30-day public comment period for actions pertaining to a draft permit. This comment period closes on September 12, 2025. The EPA will accept written comments by e-mail to r10_air_permits@epa.gov (include “Draft Yakama Forest Products Title V Permit” in the subject line).
