Request for Coverage Under General Permit for SQCS Facilities in Indian Country: Knife River Corporation - Mountain West near Pocatello, Idaho on the Fort Hall Reservation

On May 16, 2025, EPA Region 10 received from Knife River Corporation - Mountain West a request for coverage under the general air quality permit for new or modified minor source stone quarrying, crushing, and screening facilities in Indian Country (SQCS General Permit). The request for coverage is for a portable plant at the BK114S Pit near Pocatello, Idaho on the Fort Hall Reservation.
