    On September 19, 2025, EPA replaced the RCRAInfo Web application with the Hazardous Waste Information Platform with a new look and feel, new geospatial search capabilities, detailed data visualizations, exportable datasets, and much more!

    In 2025, EPA published five new Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Model Permit modules on general permit conditions, general facility conditions, preparedness and prevention, contingency plans, and financial requirements. Access these modules in pdf and rtf formats.
