List of Example Subpart X Hazardous Waste Permits

EPA compiled a list of examples of hazardous waste permits for open burning and open detonation (OB/OD) and alternative treatment technologies to OB/OD regulated under title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations part 264, subpart X. The permits posted here may be expired, or there may be a more recent version of a valid permit due to modifications. EPA is working to update this list, however, interested persons may contact the issuing state agency in the interim.
