The following tables include links to the Priority Climate Action Plans (PCAPs) developed for each state, Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), Tribe, and territory. EPA’s PCAP Directory presents searchable and downloadable data related to greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, GHG reduction measures, benefits for low-income and disadvantaged communities (LIDACs), and other plan elements collected from these PCAPs. The directory is designed to help CPRG planning grantees identify and leverage approaches within PCAPs to support the development of their Comprehensive Climate Action Plans (CCAPs) due under the CPRG program.
