Emissions from Coal Mining in Colombia

In Colombia, coal continues to drive the country’s energy sector, with CMM emissions estimated to have reached 8.6 MtCO₂e in 2020 and projected to grow to 12 MtCO₂e in 2050 (Non-CO2 Greenhouse Gas Data Tool).
