Description of Business or Activity Conducted by the Respondent: Respondent is a company that operates a natural gas-fired peaker power plant located at 7001 Granit Road, Bakersfield, CA 93308
Alleged Violations: EPA alleges that Respondent failed to comply with the terms of its permit, 40 C.F.R. § 144.51(a), and the SDWA, by failing to timely establish and report a historic cyclic range of annular pressures during normal operating conditions.
