Preventing Lead Poisoning in the Pacific Southwest: Enforcement Actions, 2019-2022

During 2019 through August 2022 the Pacific Southwest regional office took the following enforcement actions against contractors that failed to comply with the lead-based paint requirements of the Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule. The RRP rule requires contractors that work on housing and child-occupied facilities built before 1978 to be trained, certified, follow lead-safe work practices, and maintain records.
