EPA Region 5 has upgraded the EDP (Electronic Data Processor) to version 7, and EDD (Electronic Data Deliverable) Format to version 3.0.21.  The updated Release Notes and the Comprehensive Manual is now available!

We have updated the EPA Region 5 EDD Format Update-Release Note, Get Started Guide to get your username and password to submit your data, Comprehensive Manual, Valid Values Reference table, and the Basic Manual for Historical data documents, please visit the link below to download the documents:

All data providers need to use the upgraded version of the EDP and EDD format, you can use the following link to download the required software:
