Description of Business or Activity Conducted by the Respondent: Respondent discharged fill material to approximately 1 acre of wetlands, which had an indirect impact to approximately 20 acres of wetlands located to the east of the site by severing the intermittent hydrological connection between those wetlands and Morton Bay that drain toward the Salton Sea.
Summary of Alleged Violations: Respondents discharged fill materials into waters of the United States without obtaining a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
