Stakeholder Workshop on EPA GHG Data on Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems

On November 19, 2015, EPA held a stakeholder workshop on greenhouse gas (GHG) data on petroleum and natural gas systems from the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP) and Inventory of U.S. Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Sinks (GHG Inventory). At the workshop, EPA presented information on 2014 GHGRP data (including newly available activity data). EPA presented existing GHG Inventory methods and planned improvements under consideration based on previous stakeholder comments and data from the GHGRP and external studies. In addition, stakeholders presented information on new and upcoming data and analyses related to GHG data on petroleum and natural gas systems.
