Additional rules relating to lead in paint, dust and soil

  • Framework for Identifying and Evaluating Lead‐Based Paint Hazards from Renovation, Repair, and Painting Activities in Public and Commercial Buildings. A tailored approach for identifying and evaluating potential hazards created by renovations of public and commercial buildings.
  • Lead-Based Paint Activities. Establishes standards for lead-based paint abatement, risk assessment, and inspection, and establishes standards and procedures for State and Tribal authorization of these lead programs.
  • Residential Property Renovation (RRP). Establishes standards for renovation, repair, and painting (RRP) activities, and establishes standards and procedures for State and Tribal authorization of these lead programs.
  • Lead-Based Paint Hazards. Identifies hazard standards and clearance levels for lead in paint, dust, and soil.
