CAA Permitting in Louisiana

Permit applications and other permitting related documents for submittal to Region 6 may be sent electronically in a searchable Portable Document Format (PDF) or Microsoft Word, excel, or other database documents by Louisiana permit document email.  We recommend following this guidance when preparing and submitting documents to Region 6.

Clean Air Act permitting in Louisiana is the responsibility of the Air Permits Division  of the  Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ).
