How to Submit a Comment on the Draft U.S. Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report: 1990-2022

Please submit any comments on the Draft Inventory of U.S. Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Sinks: 1990-2022 on or before March 15, 2024. If you submit a comment, we recommend that you include your contact information (your name, address, email address, or phone number) in the body of your comment. This will allow us to contact you in case we need to clarify your comment. If we cannot read or understand your comment for technical or other reasons and cannot contact you, we might not be able to consider your comment. Final comments received after the closure of the 30-day public comment period will be accepted and considered for the next edition of the annual report.

You may submit comments online or by email, as described below. Note EPA may publish any comment received to its public docket, in hardcopy or by email.
