Reporting Data using ECMPS

The Emissions Collection and Monitoring Plan System (ECMPS) is a web-based tool that sources must use to submit monitoring plans, QA test results, and emissions data to EPA to comply with the Acid Rain Program, Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR), and the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS). For general ECMPS questions, contact AskCAMD@epa.gov. For specific technical questions not answered via the resources below, please reach out to ecmps-support@camdsupport.com.
Access the ECMPS web-based tool. To access reporting functionality, a CDX account log-in is needed. No log-in is needed to access public facility information, including monitoring plan, emissions, and quality assurance submissions.
