Has the Navy’s risk and resiliency assessment (after findings in both 2022 and 2024) been revised and reviewed? Is the assessment available to the public?
The Navy’s contractor is currently revising the Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) for Joint Base Pearl Harbor – Hickam. RRAs contain sensitive information regarding public water system assets and how they may be affected by or resilient to identified risks. RRAs are not typically available to the public due to their sensitive nature; however, there is nothing in regulation to mandate confidentiality.
