How to Submit a Comment on the Draft U.S. Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report: 1990-2016

Please submit any comments on the Draft Inventory of U.S. Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Sinks: 1990-2016 on or before March 9, 2018 per the published notice in the Federal Register [FRL-9974-04-OAR].    Final comments received after the closure of the 30-day public comment period will be accepted and considered for the next edition of the annual report.

You may submit comments online or by email, as described below. Do not submit electronically any information you consider to be Confidential Business Information (CBI). Note EPA may publish any comment received to its public docket, in hardcopy or by email. If you submit a comment, we recommend that you include your contact information (your name, organization, address, email address and/or phone number) in the body of your comment.  This will allow us to contact you in case we need to clarify your comment.  If we cannot read or understand your comment for technical or other reasons and cannot contact you, we might not be able to consider your comment. Learn more about additional submission methods, the full EPA public comment policy, information about CBI, and general guidance on making effective comments.
