GHGRP Data Relevant to the AIM Act

Among other provisions, the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act of 2020 directs EPA to develop a U.S. production baseline and a U.S. consumption baseline and to phase down HFC production and consumption relative to those baselines. Data reported to the GHGRP under Subpart OO (Suppliers of Industrial Greenhouse Gases) are relevant to the production and consumption baselines. The tables below provide aggregated Subpart OO data for AIM-listed HFCs from all companies that reported AIM-listed HFCs. Note that there are slight differences between the HFCs listed in the AIM Act and those included on the Suppliers of Industrial GHGs and Products Containing GHGs webpage. For more information on the AIM Act and EPA's efforts to phase down HFCs, visit www.epa.gov/climate-hfcs-reduction. To see AIM Act HFC data, visit https://www.epa.gov/climate-hfcs-reduction/hfc-data-hub.

List of Companies that Reported Production, Transformation, Destruction, Import, or Export to EPA for Any AIM-Listed HFC (2011-2020)*

The following table provides a list of companies that reported production, import, export, or destruction of any hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) listed in the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act. EPA may add additional names to these lists as new reports are submitted and/or verified. For more information on the AIM Act and EPA's efforts to phase down HFCs, visit www.epa.gov/climate-hfcs-reduction.
