Training for RY2024 Reporting Form Submissions for GHGRP Subpart W (Oil and Gas Sector) via e-GGRT	Reporter Resources	May 2025	This webinar provided an overview of EPA’s new RY2024 Subpart W reporting form for reports due May 30, 2025 for reporting of GHG emissions occurring in the RY2024 reporting year. This webinar walked reporters through the new elements of the Subpart W reporting form and XML reporting method. Updated tools and other reporter resources were also covered.
Annual Introduction to electronic Greenhouse Gas Reporting Tool (e-GGRT) System Overview	Reporter Resources	April 2025	The EPA held an informational webinar to provide an overview of using EPA’s e-GGRT to satisfy annual GHG Reporting Requirements under 40 CFR Part 98, EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule. Coverage included using e-GGRT to register new users and/or facilities and using e-GGRT to enter and submit annual GHG Reports to EPA. Software updates and new features for RY2024 reporting were covered.
Technical Outreach Webinar on Subpart W Final Amendments Effective for RY2025 View Subpart W Final Amendments slides (pdf) (614 KB)	Regulatory Requirements	December 2024	The EPA held an informational webinar to provide an overview of the final amendments to Subpart W which apply to RY2025 submissions.
Technical Webinar on New GHGRP Source Categories View Overview of the New Subparts slides (pdf) (321 KB)	Regulatory Requirements	October 2024	EPA amended the GHGRP to add five new source categories. These sources are required to begin monitoring GHG activities beginning January 1, 2025: Subpart VV: Geologic Sequestration of CO₂ with EOR Using ISO 27916 Subpart WW: Coke Calciners Subpart XX: Calcium Carbide Producers Subpart YY: Caprolactam, Glyoxal, and Glyoxylic Acid Production Subpart ZZ: Ceramics Manufacturing In this webinar, EPA provided technical information about the general requirements of the GHGRP as well as specific information for these new source categories.

Technical Outreach Webinar: Overview of Final Rule to Update Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting Requirements for GHGRP Subpart W (Oil and Gas Sector) View final rule slides (pdf) (690 KB) Video recording of final rule webinar session (Youtube)	Regulatory Requirements	May 2024	On May 6, 2024, EPA announced a final rule to strengthen, expand and update methane emissions reporting requirements for petroleum and natural gas systems under subpart W of GHGRP to ensure greater transparency and accountability for methane pollution from oil and natural gas facilities by improving the accuracy of annual emissions reporting from these operations. EPA held webinars to provide an overview of the final rule followed by a Q&A session.
