How do I delete a lot of Tribal data?

  • Log in to AQS, click on "Action" from the menu and from the drop-down click on "Tribal Mode On"
  • From the menu choose "Retrieval" and from the drop-down lick on "Standard Report Selection"
  • For the "Report Code" field, from the drop-down, choose "AMP501 - Extract Raw Data" Report
  • At the top of the screen, click on the "Data Selection" tab
  • Type in the three-digit Tribal Code (example - 750) and click tab
  • Enter the four-digit Site ID (example - 7004), tab over to "Date Criteria" box and type in your date range for the data you wish to extract
  • Go back to the top of the screen and click the "Report Options"
  • For "Action Indicator" row you should pick "Delete" from the drop-down
  • Now click on the "Generate Report" button
  • This will deliver a PDF file and a text file; the text file is a pipe delimited transaction file with a transaction code of "D" for "Delete"
  • This file has every record for the site within your date range, if you then load the file using the batch form it will delete every record from the site.
