PHILADELPHIA —Today, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is announcing more than $2.1 million in total grant funding to improve drinking water infrastructure in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
